Hey, all! Please read and agreed to all the house rules of FashionHEAD before proceed with any purchase. :)- Ordering process
- First rule of Fashionhead : "First-come, first- served".
- Really, really SERIOUS buyer ONLY. Serious as in, you will confirm and pay what you've order and not just back out without an acceptable excuse.
- Reservation and confirmation of order
- Reservation can only be made for 24 hours.
- and you must make the payment into my bank account within 3 days after confirmation.
- Say you don't confirm your reservation or pay your order within the time stated above, FashionHEAD has every rights to give the next interested buyer in list the chance to have that precious item.
- Payment
- Payment can be made to my bank account. Send me an email if you're interested with some stuff, and if it's available, i will email u back with my acc number. :)
- Back outs
- FashionHEAD will keep an eye on those who keep backing out or went missing. Watch out people! :P
- Cancellation
- FashionHEAD will not entertain any cancellation after payment is made.Sorry~
- Delivery
- No COD at the mo'.
- Your item will arrive as soon as your payment is cleared.
- You will have to bear all shipping cost
- If there is a damage to the parcel or it is not delivered, it is not fashionHEAD's fault!
- Your stuff are estimate to arrive to your doorstep or your gate :P in 1-4 days depending on the postage company.
- The stuff
- Prices stated are non-negotiable.
- All stuffs are non-restockable.
- FashionHEAD guarantees you, all items are new and in good condition. Therefore, no exchange can be made after you receive the item.
- If there's a defect (stubborn stains, suddenly a HOLE! gasp :( or a torn) or you receive a different thing from what you've ordered, then you can exchange or return the items, and will be refunded.
- However, no exchange, refund or return after 2 days of receiving the item.
- Exchanging or returning stuff
- Exchange can only happen if the item has defect or wrong colour, or size or different item.
- Exchange or return items must be in a good condition, not washed or worn. If not, no exchange or return stuff.
- FashionHEAD will bear the cost of the postage for any exchange or return of stuff.
